Move and rename the region Kconfig symbols from LORAMAC_REGION_* to
LORAWAN_REGION_* to make them backend-agnostic.

The LoRaWAN subsystem does not require 2KiB of system workqueue,
testing on nrf54l15 flpr (RISCV) CPU (with custom cryptography code)
shows it uses about 700 bytes of the system workqueue, therefore it
is assumed that the real requirement for 2KiB is the software
cryptography features, not the LoRaWAN stack itself, and the
cryptography parts of LoRaWAN can be replaced with alternatives
that do not need this high of a memory requirement, so the
requirement has been moved to the specific Kconfig for software
cryptography instead

Move the current implementation of the LoRa API using `loramac-node` to
a dedicated folder in preparation for the LoRa basics modem
implementation.

This service receives fragmented data (usually firmware images) and
stores them in the slot1_partition in the flash.
Also update CMakeLists.txt in loramac-node module to be able to use
FragDecoder.c

Similar to the changes made in #48048, compile in the appropriate lora
modem driver when `CONFIG_LORA=y`. The `LORA_SX12XX` symbol has no
use now so remove. LoRa and LoRaWAN subsystems are still marked as
unstable so no additional deprecation cycle is needed.

Update the source files compiled when `CONFIG_LORAMAC_REGION_CN470` is
enabled to link. Despite the naming, a `RegionBaseUS.c` function
(`RegionBaseUSVerifyFrequencyGroup`) is used by all four of the CN470
band implementations.
Validated by compiling `samples/subsys/lorawan/class_a` with
`CONFIG_LORAMAC_REGION_CN470` instead of `CONFIG_LORAMAC_REGION_IN865`.

Update the LoRaMac-node library to the last stable release and fix
the Zephyr glue code to match it. Move CMakeLists.txt to the main
Zephyr repository to simplify loramac-node module maintenance.
