Peter Mitsis 77ad7111e1 kernel: Rename move_thread_to_end_of_prio_q() ...

All instances of the internal routine move_thread_to_end_of_prio_q()
use the current thread. Renaming it to move_current_to_end_of_prio_q()
to reflect that.
