Ren Chen 7b81e406d6 board: ite: it515xx_evb: rename it515xx_evb to it51xxx_evb ...

This change accommodates support for next-generation
soc(it51600).

Tested with:
west build -p always -b it51xxx_evb/it51526aw samples/hello_world/
