Tune quantum parameter for selected kernel tests
targeting mpfs_icicle platform.
Those tests require higher fidelity of the virtual
time flow which is achievable on multi-core platforms
in Renode by reducing the quantum.
Increase time resolution to 10us (default is 100us).
It is a maximum drift of the virtual time between
simulated processors in SMP configuration.
