Yong Cong Sin 7adac57943 scripts: checkpatch: add stdio.h FILE typedef ...

Add `FILE` typedef in the `stdio.h` so that when doing
`FILE *file` definition checkpatch doesn't complain about
the position of the '*' and fail in CI.
