board: phytec: phycore-am62a: Update SoM detection Kconfig options

Browse Source 
Drop SUPPORT_EXTENSION_SCAN and enable PHYTEC_SOM_DETECTION_BLOCKS
to align with other PHYTEC platforms. These options were missed when
phyCORE-AM62Ax support was added.
