Jan Kiszka a47b1e165e spl: Kconfig: Add missing SPL_LOAD_BLOCK for SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_USE_PARTITION_TYPE ...

We need to explicitly select SPL_LOAD_BLOCK when USE_PARTITION_TYPE is
enabled, just like the other choices do.
