boards: doc: fix a bunch of broken reference
Fix a bunch of broken reference to configuration and other files. Drop two TI ones that were stale, file were long gone, add few zephyr_file tags. Signed-off-by: Fabio Baltieri <fabiobaltieri@google.com>
