doc: soc: boards: intel_adsp_cavs25: Rename with HWMv2

Adjust documentation to HWMv2 board rename:
  `intel_adsp_cavs25`      -> `intel_adsp/cavs25`
  `intel_adsp_cavs25_tgph` -> `intel_adsp/cavs25/tgph`
