CVA6 supports custom CSR. Move 'cva6.h' to 'arch/riscv/custom/cva6_csr.h', allowing other SoCs using the CVA6 core to reuse the same CSR definitions. Signed-off-by: Jimmy Zheng <jimmyzhe@andestech.com>
